Job description: Fantastic, permanent opportunity to join this large, high-profile property organisation. As the Financial Accountant you will report to the Finance Manager and provide support on financial accounting, management accounting, legal and tax compliance.Your responsibilities will include, however not be limited to;

• Monthly management reporting
• Financial Statements – including budget analysis
• Balance Sheet recs
• Review P&L and provide variance commentary when required
• Work closely with property managers and facility managers
• Bank Reconciliation (include posting journals)
• Raise invoices and monitor debtors
• BAS and income tax preparation
• Adhoc duties as required

You will be a near/newly qualified CA/CPA, looking to make your step from a chartered environment (audit or business services). Alternatively, you may be currently working as an Assistant Accountant, focussed on month end tasks.
