Job description: We are seeking an experienced Finance & Accounting Specialist to support our accounting team with local GAAP statutory audits, corporate tax reporting, and regulatory compliance for our Singapore entity. This role will also assist in process documentation, improvements, and liaising with auditors, tax authorities, and other agencies.

• Perform monthly local GAAP reconciliations and financial statement preparation for audits.
• Coordinate statutory filings (XBRL/ACRA) and government surveys.
• Manage tax-related matters including corporate tax filings, tax package preparation, and working with tax auditors.
• Review and approve cost statements for export tax tariff grants and customs matters.
• Maintain accounting system entries (SAP/Oracle) and assist in resolving payment/receipt queries.
• Support process improvements and ad-hoc finance projects as needed.

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Big 4 audit firms and/or in-house finance roles.
• Solid understanding of Singapore accounting standards, local tax regulations, and audit processes.
• Familiarity with SAP or Oracle procurement modules is preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, organized, and able to work independently.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
