You’ll be collaborating with ambitious colleagues from around the world – all striving to deliver on a huge opportunity. to hear directly from them.What you’ll doReporting to the Finance Manager, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented fully qualified Financial Accountant with a solid foundation from a large accounting firm. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical accounting expertise, a proactive mindset, and the ability to operate in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role offers the opportunity to take responsibility of core finance functions while contributing to process improvement and strategic initiatives.Responsible for full cycle accounting: general ledger accounting, journal entries, accruals, inter-company accounting and reconciliationsPrepare and review monthly and annual financial statements in compliance with FRS102Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysisEnsure compliance with internal controls and financial policiesAssist with external auditsContribute to the development and documentation of accounting policies and proceduresSupport finance projects such as ERP enhancements, process automation, or process reviewsLook to identify areas for and assist with the continued development of an efficient and timely month end finance processKnowledge, skills and experienceA recognised accounting qualification (ACCA/ACA)Previous experience working within a large accounting firm, preferably with exposure to financial services or fin-tech industriesComfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environmentExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skillsResilient attitude and desire to see things through to completionStrong written and verbal communication skillsDetail driven, focused, appetite for systems and process improvementsExperience with NetSuite or other similar ERP systems preferredKnowledge of FRS102 and US GAAP beneficialStrong Excel and systems skillsWhat is important to point out is that you can do most or all of the above mentioned and can point to your real experience doing it.
