Job description: The Financial Accountant will manage a portfolio of entities, supporting monthly and annual consolidation and statutory reporting. This role is with a leading property company based in South Dublin.Key ResponsibilitiesMonth-End & Financial Reporting

• Manage assigned entities, ensuring timely month-end reporting.
• Oversee unit sale processes, collaborating with sales and stakeholders.
• Support intercompany reconciliations, consolidations, and board reporting.
• Draft single-entity financial statements and assist in year-end reporting.

Statutory, Governance & Compliance

• Liaise with auditors and support Board presentations.
• Assist with treasury data management and compliance.

Budgeting & Forecasting

• Support annual and quarterly budgeting and reforecasting.
• Provide analysis on margin, overhead, and capital expenditure variances.

Other Responsibilities

• Improve financial reporting processes and controls.
• Contribute to finance-related projects.
• Maintain professionalism in all interactions.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as required.

Qualifications and SkillsFully qualified accountant with 1-2 years PQE.Industry experience (construction sector a plus).Experience with Microsoft Dynamics EVision, Jet Reporting, and Solver is an advantage.This role offers a great opportunity for a motivated accountant to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment with career growth potential.EU Passport or Stamp 4 Visa required.Meet Your Consultant
