Job description: Our client an international insurance company based in Dublin city centre is recruiting a Financial Reporting Accountant on a 12-month contract role. The role offers a hybrid work environment, allowing flexibility to balance work and life.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare financial reports, analyse data, and ensure compliance with regulations.Provide expert accounting advice to inform business decisions.Drive efficient financial processes and identify improvement opportunities.Support internal and external audits.Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Represent Finance in project governance and ensure successful project delivery.Train and mentor team members.Experience/RequirementsQualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CPA).Strong technical accounting skills.Experience in the life insurance industry (preferred).Project experience within a finance team an advantage.Remuneration Package
Salary depending on experience from in the region of €55,000 – €65,000Flexible hybrid working
