Job description: Position Overview:Open to Commerical CandidatesMy client is seeking an experienced Finance Director to lead our corporate accounting functions and actively participate in our SAP HANA transformation and other SAP-related projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate accounting and a proven track record of managing financial operations within a corporate environment.Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of corporate accounting, including financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls.
• Lead the implementation and optimization of SAP HANA, ensuring seamless integration with existing financial systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support SAP projects from an accounting perspective, providing insights and guidance on best practices.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Develop and maintain effective financial policies and procedures.
• Mentor and lead the accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in corporate accounting, with a focus on financial reporting and compliance.
• Strong experience with SAP HANA and participation in SAP transformation projects.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
