Job description: No of Position: 1 onsiteTotal Experience: 5+ years’ experience in finance process improvement, finance operations, or related roles (banking or financial services preferred)Any Prefer Skills: BB certificationMust have Skills:· 5+ years’ experience in finance process improvement, finance operations, or related roles (banking or financial services preferred).· Strong understanding of core finance processes.· Proven ability to lead process improvement initiatives with measurable outcomes.· Hands-on experience with process mapping, gap analysis, and workflow documentation.· Familiarity with automation tools (e.g. Excel macros, or similar) a strong plus.· Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.· Ability to work independently, prioritise, and deliver outcomes on time· Advanced Excel skills (pivots, v-lookups, complex formulas, VBA)· Ability to manage time effectively, handle more than one issue at once and adhere to strict deadlines· Strong problem-solving skills and technical mindsetPurpose of Role:· Drive the process improvement drive within finance· Streamline processes to drive accuracy, efficiency and automation across a number of processes· Liaise with internal stakeholders across departments and work closely with the finance team· Uplift procedure documentationRole (Development/Support): SupportShift (General/Rotational) Timings: GeneralLocation: OnsiteClient Name: ConfidentialPosition Start Date: At the earliestPosition End Date: Ongoing
