Job description: We are supporting a fast-growing, innovation-driven organization in their search for an Finance Transformation Manager to lead a high-impact digital finance transformation.In this role, you’ll drive the end-to-end automation of accounting processes, collaborating closely with the Finance and IT teams. From process redesign to system implementation and integration, you’ll play a pivotal part in building their NetSuite Landscape.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead automation of core accounting processes (journal entries, reconciliations, reporting)
• Architect system integrations between cloud ERP platforms and automation tools (NetSuite)
• Deliver scalable RPA, OCR, and AI-driven solutions
• Ensure data integrity and compliance through automation governance
• Manage agile project delivery and train finance teams on new tools

Your Profile:

• 5+ years in finance systems transformation or accounting automation
• Hands-on experience with RPA platforms (UiPath, Blue Prism, etc.)
• Strong understanding of NetSuite and integration frameworks
• Technical know-how: APIs, SQL/Python scripting, cloud platforms
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement and change management
