This role combines the need for accurate data entry and record keeping with customer service responsibilities.You will be responsible for:

  • managing the efficient and timely setting of Porirua City rate charges
  • maintaining the Rating Information Database by processing property sales, subdivisions, new and valuations
  • ensuring that the customer is at the centre of your thinking
  • delivering a high level of customer service to internal and external customers

All about youIt would be fabulous if you have experience in accounts receivable or equivalent finance transaction processing. You’ll need to show us that you:

  • are detail oriented and ensure a high level of accuracy in your work
  • are super organised and able to establish priorities and meet deadlines
  • have a strong focus on delivering quality customer service
  • enjoy adding value as a strong team player
  • are excellent at analysing data with strong numeric and problem-solving skills
