He/She is in charge of coordinating our Accounting activities with our Global Service Center (GBS) and support DACH Finance Team and local Sales Team.Your main responsibilities :Ensure the correct and efficient management of finance with financial analyses, budgets, forecast, monthly and yearly reporting and keep compliance with local financial legislation, corporate provisions and mandatory deadlines as a direct support to the Finance Manager:Accounting activities:cooperate with Shared service Center based in Bulgaria.supervise the accountants of SSC and review the outcome of their activities and consult on any questions.manage the process of preparation of financial statements.cooperate with tax authorities/auditors and manage tax consultant.proactively improve and automatize processes.Controlling activities:prepare and analyze the monthly management reporting including P&L and balance sheets to the headquarter in a timely and accurate manner.implement controlling methods and prepare reports on current financial figures.perform periodic special financial analyses as requested by the local management or HQ.performance analyses: prepare KPI’s, track key performance measures for the different divisions and product groups, set up indicator’s improvements, customer P&LBudget/forecast activities:In cooperation with finance team DACH produces financial forecasts in accordance with group requirements: assist in preparation of planning; collect data.develop analyses of variances against forecast, budget and business plans.suggest adequate corrective actions where needed.Business strategy:provide strategic / competitive analyses of the market, business and economic trends with reference to their impact on short- and long-term business performances.support the management team in implementing the business strategy;assist in building a tight cooperation with other local departments to reach set targets.Office management:Ensuring smooth office operationsManaging office supplies and equipmentFleet Management (Company cars)Managing and procuring telephones and mobile contractsActing as a point of contact for external service providers and suppliersSupport Sales team:Support the Sales team with administrative and organizational tasks, such as in pre-offer calculations/Analysis on Net Sales, Gross Profit.QUALIFICATIONSMinimum 3 years of experience in Audit/Finance/ControllingDegree in Finance/Accounting/EconomicsProfessional level in German, Italian and English is requiredMS office proficiency , particularly ExcelERP previous experience (ex: JDE, SAP)Soft skills required:TeamworkCommunication/Interpersonal skillsAnalytical skillsOrganizational skillsInitiative/AutonomyAttention to detailsBIC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
