• Create process documentation and transition work from the GL and reporting tower for our clients.
• Build relationships with the customers as well as the Cognizant account managers & other leaders.
• Project Management and optimization of processes
• Ensure and drive development of routines and ways of working
• Identify gaps, simplify and standardize the overall processes

Required competence and skills:
Education
Minimum Bachelor of Science degree or equivalentProfessional competence/experience

• Well-developed skills & understanding of accounting and reporting, including hands-on experience
• Well-developed understanding in financial processes
• Strong IFRS understanding
• Experience with ERP systems – Microsoft Dynamics AX knowledge is an advantage
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office package and experienced user in Excel
• Experience from other large organization and/or SSC is an advantage

Language

• Business level proficiency in spoken and written English and Danish

Personal traits

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Finance & Accounting
• Ability to work independently with high precision, speed and commitment
• Ability to see the big picture and be open to change
• Ability to identify improvement/efficiency initiatives
• Very good at prioritizing, managing and implementing changes and activities
• Able to handle a customer and supplier relationship in a professional manner
• Structured with good communications skills
• Good to prioritize, work towards and maintain schedule
• The position requires travel to Copenhagen
