Job description: About the RoleYour core responsibilities will include:

• Leading all aspects of financial management for the contract, from budget preparation and forecasting to monthly journal entries and variance reporting & analysis.
• Managing lease accounting, including the application of IFRS 16.
• Interpreting and reviewing financial information.
• Overseeing Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable processes.
• Ensuring SOX compliance.
• Driving process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborating with the client’s corporate finance team and our internal Leasing & Facilities Management teams.
• Leading, developing, and mentoring a small team.

What You’ll BringYou are a finance leader with experience delivering financial outcomes. You’ll have:

• Experience in a comprehensive financial management role
• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
• Knowledge of lease accounting principles, including IFRS 16.
• An understanding of SOX compliance requirements.
• A focus on process improvement and the ability to implement changes.
• Collaboration and communication skills, enabling engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.
• Analytical skills to translate financial data into clear presentations.
