Job description: Finance Manager (Non-Profit)Armont Recruitment has partnered with a well-established non-profit seeking a Finance Manager to join their team in south Dublin.This role oversees all aspects of the finance function and offers a great opportunity to contribute in a mission-driven environment. You will support a unique organisation dedicated to sustainability, education, and community impact.The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with strong experience in financial reporting, management accounts and governance, looking to apply their expertise in a purpose-led organisation.The Role

• Preparation of weekly, monthly and quarterly management reports and full management accounts to trial balance.
• Overseeing accounts payable and receivable, including supplier reconciliations, credit control and invoicing.
• Performing bank and balance sheet reconciliations and managing revenue liabilities via ROS.
• Assisting in budgeting, forecasting and preparing audit files for year end.
• Supporting HR, payroll and governance-related administration as required.

The Candidate

• Qualified Accountant (ACCA/ACA or equivalent) with proven experience in a fast-paced finance function.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with Office 365 applications and Sage 200 (or similar ERP systems).
• Excellent communication skills, with a detail-oriented and team-focused approach.
