Job description: Working with hypergrowth Irish Business which has already established itself and now has plans to become house hold name. They have a requirement for a Finance Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day running of the finance function and to be involved in implementing the strategy of the Company. Other responsibilities:Key Responsibilities:

• You will full ownership of the day to day running of the finance function, which include managing a small finance team
• Assisting with long term financial planning (Cash, P&L, Balance Sheet)
• Oversee the monthly financial close process.
• Preparation and reviewing the forecast model
• Work closely with the Directors on implementing the strategy
• Identify continuous improvements in the reporting process
• Cost Control in all areas of the business including liaising with departments on their cost saving initiatives
• Evaluate, recommend, and implement new financial accounting policies, procedures, strategies, and controls.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• Qualified Accountant ( 4+ PQE), with SME experience
• Good attitude and enthusiasm
• Accuracy and attention-to-detail
