Job description: Executive recruitment firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a logistics company. Our respected client is seeking for a Finance Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the financial health of the organization by managing financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and analysis activities. This role is onsite in Manila and will be reporting to the President.Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Ensures the accuracy of financial documents, compliance with regulations, and efficient use of resources.
• Provides insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and drive business performance.
• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
• Monitor financial performance and provide variance analysis with actionable insights.
• Support business units with financial planning and decision support.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with relevant accounting standards.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory reporting, and company policies.
• Identify and manage financial risks and work with leadership to mitigate them

Job Requirements:

• At least 8-10 years of progressive experience, with 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, preferably a CPA
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
• Proficient in financial systems and tools (e.g., ERP systems, Excel).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving ability.
