Job description: Finance Manager – Retail SectorWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. You will oversee financial processes and compliance across Australia and New Zealand. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic, high-performing team where you will play a critical role in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and strategic improvementsKey Responsibilities:As a Finance Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing month-end and year-end financial close processes across all departments.
• Overseeing compliance reporting, including FBT, GST, and Income Tax obligations for Australia and New Zealand.
• Leading the external audit process, ensuring timely and accurate submission of key financial reports such as the Board Pack and Management Pack.
• Acting as the primary finance contact, working closely with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and drive positive change.
• Reviewing financial statements and balance sheets to guarantee accuracy before sharing with the business.

Key Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline (essential).CPA, CA, or CFA certification (highly desirable).
• Experience in a senior financial management or accounting role.
• Strong understanding of IFRS, compliance requirements, and risk management.
• Proficiency in interpreting and analyzing complex financial data to support business decisions.
