- Manage the day-to-day finance operations including accounts payables, accounts receivable and general ledger
- Prepare monthly management reporting and annual financial statements
- Prepare annual budget and monthly forecast
- Analyse financial data and provide business insights and recommendations
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and full compliance with IFRS
- Manage the annual audit process and serve as the main point of contact with external auditors for the HK entities
- Prepare cashflow forecasts and ensure proper cash flow planning
- Lead the system implementation project
- Manage tax-related matters
- Handle other ad-hoc duties as required
- Support and act towards the BDO Global Vision
- Be committed to act with the firm’s core values and competency expectations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- CPA qualification
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting
- Strong technical skills in financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient with financial software and data analysis tools
- Ability to multitask, work independently and work under a fast-growing business
