Lead financial planning and budgeting processes, providing strategic recommendations to the executive team.
Manage the preparation of all financial reporting, including internal monthly reporting packages, and interim/annual reports.
Supervise the accounting team to ensure timely execution of tasks, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and tax compliance and manage the finance department’s day-to-day operations, including invoicing, royalty reporting and other transactions.
Analyze financial data and market trends to identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
Ensure compliance with applicable financial and business regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
Foster relationships with external partners, including banks, auditors, and valuers.
Develop and implement internal controls and procedures to safeguard company assets, and maintain robust financial systems and controls to ensure the integrity of all financial information.
Collaborate with the acquisition, licensing and sales teams to assess contract negotiations’ financial impact and maintain profitability.
Support the strategic planning process by providing insights and financial models to guide decision-making.
Direct cash flow management and oversee investment strategies.

Requirements:
Qualified Accountant/CPA/ACCA/HKICPA/Degree Holder in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent
Proven experience with minimum 3 years as a Finance Manager or relevant role in a listed company, preferably within a licensing or related industry, Big 4 background is an advantage
Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles, operations, and best practices.
Proficient in financial software and advanced MS Excel skills.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership abilities.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the capability to convey complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
Knowledge in HK and mainland China, accounting practice and tax regulations in South-east Asia is an advantage.
Good mathematical and analytical skills, honesty, integrity and reliability.
Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset and the ability to work under pressure.
