Job description: Position Overview: In this role, you will be in charge of assessing and processing invoices. To be successful in this role, you must have an extensive understanding of invoicing methods, exceptional accuracy and attention to detail, and strong analytical abilities. We are searching for a professional with strong communication and organizational abilities, as well as a proactive mindset. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically MS Excel. You should have a thorough understanding of invoicing procedures, outstanding accuracy and attention to detail, and good analytical skills. Preparation of monthly invoice review, and familiar with financial analysis and invoicing Required skills + qualities (technical): Preferably a graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management or Finance-related course At least two (2) years of experience in Finance – Invoicing, experience in a BPO environment. Highly proficient with MS Excel and Google Sheets. Experience in any accounting system is an advantage Can work on a hybrid set-up on a mid-shift schedule.
