For a sneak peek into life at allnex, don’t miss our Operator Movie!Position overviewallnex is looking for a Finance Intern to join the team in Seremban, Malaysia! In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in the dynamic world of corporate finance. You will work to provide assistance and support in the daily tasks, such as budgeting ,reporting, and data analysis, working closely with the team to gain insights into how financial decisions drive business success.If you’re looking for a learning opportunity and kickstart your career in finance, this is the role for you!Responsibilities
-Investigate and respond to vendor inquiries to ensure timely and accurate communication.
-Check and monitor vendor account statements to identify discrepancies and ensure records are up to date.
-Verify and update databases, as well as assisting in creating and maintaining electronic archives for easy access to records.
-Receive and sort incoming paper mail, helping to organise and distribute correspondence effectively.Required skills and experience
-Good written and verbal communication skills.
-Good computer skills, particularly Excel.
-Ability to work in teams comprised of production and maintenance personnel.
-High sense of responsibility.
-Ability to commit to a 6-month internship is preferred.Qualifications
-Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent.We offer
