• Accounts Receivable: Record customer receipts, clearance of bank statements, reconcile customer accounts and provisions calculations.
• Credit Control: Lead credit control function, prepare action plans, and ensure compliance with credit policy.
• Customer Master Data: Validate and maintain customer data in SAP.
• Tax Compliance: Prepare breakups for income & sales tax cases. Arranging data and filing of sales tax statements/returns in coordination with tax consultants.
• Inventory Accounting: Monitor inventory levels, calculate provisions, and post inventory-related costs in SAP.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare reports for sales, gross profit, stock, working capital, and variance analysis.
• Intercompany Transactions: Book intercompany invoices, reconciliations and reporting through group portal.
• Distributor Management: Manage local distributors, including contract evaluation, credit notes, and reporting.

Any other task/project which the management may assign.Qualification Requirements

• Commerce graduate with Articles / M.com. / MBA in Finance

Experience Requirements

• At least 4-5 years hands on experience preferably in an MNC / Reputable local company.

Skills Requirements

• Proficiency in SAP with complete knowledge of T codes, overall understanding of system logic, trouble shooting skills with ability to drill down and quantify variances.
• Proficient in MS Excel with advanced level formulas application for analysis.
• Basic Knowledge of MS Word, MS Power Point.
• Proficiency in spoken English language with ability to clearly communicate thoughts, issues and solutions. Ability to write grammatically correct English in convincing flow.
