Job description: Responsibilities:Lead bank financing activities, including negotiation of loan terms, credit facilities, and covenant management.Develop and maintain strong relationships with local banks to ensure access to competitive financing solutions.Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.Participate in capital projects (funds and capital raising, M&A, etc.)Recommend overall investment strategy in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives, risk appetite and capital objectives.Lead a team in overseeing financial planning & management, cash flow management, tax planning, auditing and budgetingControl and evaluate the organization’s fund-raising plans and capital structureBuild and maintain good business relationship with fund management companies, equity research analysis and investment banksProvide sound advice on the company’s business and investment strategiesIn charge of financial reporting and finance operationManage and co-ordinate with external and internal auditors for annual statutory auditRequirements:Tertiary educated in Accounting/ Finance or related disciplinesCertified Member of HKICPA12+ years or above accounting and finance experienceGood interpersonal skills, independent, proactive and strong analytical mindAbility to provide business recommendations to owners
