Job description: Job Description:The CompanyWe are helping a listed company to look for a Head of Finance (new headcount) due to business expansion. They are looking for someone with all rounded experience (strong in financial consolidation & reporting. Prior big 4 external audit experience is a MUST!The Role

• Develop, execute, and oversee the Group’s consolidated financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual basis, along with other routine financial reports. Precision and promptness are crucial for achieving success;
• Evaluate the Group’s financial information and furnish regular or on-demand reports to Senior Management to aid in their decision-making processes;
• Contribute to the creation of semi-annual and annual reports, business performance announcements, and quarterly financial reports for the Board of Directors;
• Oversee the external audit for the semi-annual and annual periods and assess the financial disclosures in these reports;
• Engage in special projects like due diligence as needed;
• Supervise a compact yet diverse accounting team spanning multiple countries, encompassing recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and fostering employee commitment and productivity.

Your Profile

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business and possess CPA certification.
• Have at least 10 years of relevant commercial work background, with a minimum of 4 years in a big 4.
• Previous employment in a prominent audit firm like a Big 4 is beneficial.
• Demonstrate the ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks independently.
• Possess a keen eye for detail along with outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and business acumen abilities.
• Specialize in project management concerning internal control, accounting, systems, and change management.
• Be fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin).
• Having prior work experience in the United States is seen as an advantage.
