Job description: Our client, a company based in Abu Dhabi with operations spanning various sectors, including oil and gas and maintenance, are looking for a Finance Director.Responsibilities:– Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve the organization’s goals while ensuring compliance with industry regulations
– Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to optimize resource allocation and profitability
– Manage financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to international accounting standards
– Lead relationships with banks, auditors, and external stakeholders to secure financial stability and growth
– Drive cost-efficiency initiatives and implement robust financial controls to manage risks effectivelyRequirements:– Arabic speaker with 15-20 years of experience in finance, preferably within the oil and gas sector or car rental industry
– Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing high-performing financial teams
– Strong expertise in financial planning, analysis, and regulatory compliance
– Advanced knowledge of financial systems and tools, with the ability to drive process improvements
