Job description: JOB OVERVIEWPunchy Digital Media is looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Finance Coordinator to join our remote team. This role plays a critical part in supporting the financial operations of our business, including accounts receivable and payable, payroll coordination, supplier payments, and finance-related admin.
You’ll be part of a collaborative, values-driven team that creates impactful communications content for the public sector across Australia.Key Responsibilities
Accounts Receivable:
Prepare and issue client invoices based on project milestones.
Monitor aged receivables and follow up on outstanding payments.
Reconcile payments and resolve client finance queries.
Accounts Payable:
Process payroll for our Philippine team and generate ABA files for AU/PH payments.
Calculate strategist commissions and Australian superannuation payments.
Track and process supplier invoices, issue purchase orders, and maintain supplier records.
Administration:
Log IT support tickets.
Order team equipment and coordinate welcome packs and birthday cakes.What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in a finance or accounts coordination role.
Familiarity with Australian payroll systems, ABA file generation, and Xero.
Strong skills in Google Sheets and experience with ClickUp is a bonus.
Great time management, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.Performance Goals (KPIs)
Maintain debtor days under 45.
Ensure 100?curacy in invoice amounts and delivery.
Process all payroll on time with full compliance.
Process all supplier invoices within 5 business days.
Keep financial tracking tools updated weekly.Working With Us
