Job description: This is a hands-on role that goes beyond traditional Controller responsibilities. The successful
candidate will manage full-cycle accounting, support procurement and inventory functions, and
help ensure audit readiness in a regulated manufacturing environment. You’ll work closely with
internal teams and international leadership, playing a pivotal role in daily operations.Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
● Manage full-cycle accounting and bookkeeping using QuickBooks Desktop
● Prepare and deliver monthly financial reports in compliance with IFRS standards
● Oversee procurement of medical devices, track purchase orders (POs), and
maintain organized records
● Monitor and manage inventory and order tracking
● Collaborate with the head office in Paris on financial coordination and reporting
● Support external audits (monthly) as part of regulatory quality assurance
● Maintain detailed documentation and folder systems for financial and inventory records
● Contribute to continuous process improvements and maintain regulatory complianceQualificationsQualifications
● 3-5+ years of experience in accounting or controller-level roles
● Proficiency with QuickBooks Desktop is essential
● Strong understanding of IFRS reporting standards
● Experience with inventory management and PO tracking
● Background in manufacturing or medical device industry is an asset
● Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
● Strong communication skills; bilingualism is not required
● Must be available to work 100% onsite in Toronto
