Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Finance Consultant with deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Applications, focusing on Accounts Payable (AP), Fixed Assets, and Expenses. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the design, implementation, and support of finance modules within a major transformation project in the Energy & Utilities sector.Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the configuration and deployment of Oracle Fusion modules: Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, and Expenses.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for AP, Fixed Assets, and employee expense processes.
  • Design and recommend business process improvements aligned with Oracle Fusion capabilities.
  • Perform functional configuration, testing (unit, integration, and UAT), and user training.
  • Support data migration activities including data mapping, validation, and reconciliation for AP, FA, and Expenses.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for integrations with upstream/downstream systems.
  • Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and process optimization.
  • Ensure alignment with regulatory and compliance standards relevant to the Energy & Utilities industry.
  • Maintain documentation for configurations, test cases, training materials, and business processes.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • 5+ years of functional consulting experience in Oracle Fusion Financials.
  • Hands-on expertise in Accounts Payable (AP), Fixed Assets (FA), and Expenses modules.
  • Strong understanding of finance operations and accounting principles within AP, asset lifecycle management, and employee expense processing.
  • Experience in Energy & Utilities or similarly regulated industries is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in Oracle Cloud configurations, workflows, and reporting tools (e.g., OTBI, Smart View).
  • Experience with data migration tools and methodologies in Oracle Fusion.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oracle Cloud Financials Certification(s) in AP, FA, or Expenses.
  • Experience with SOX compliance and internal audit support.
  • Familiarity with integrations to other Oracle Cloud modules (e.g., Procurement, GL).
