• Process daily accounting transactions (revenue, expenses, vendor invoices).
• Assist in preparing financial reports (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow).
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Monitor cash flow, perform bank reconciliations, and maintain documentation.
• Assist with budgeting, audits, and other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of accounting experience (hospitality preferred; fresh graduates may apply).
• Proficient in accounting software and Excel.
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication in English and Chinese.
