Job description: A leading state-based organisation is seeking an accomplished Finance Business Partner to take ownership of budgeting, forecasting and financial performance analysis using Oracle Enterprise Portfolio Management (EPM).This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in one of Victoria’s most purpose-driven financial environments. You’ll work closely with senior finance stakeholders to shape financial strategy and elevate forecasting capabilities.🧩 Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end coordination of profit & loss and balance sheet budgets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate claims, pricing and operational inputs
• Prepare reforecasts and provide insightful variance analysis for internal and external reporting
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within Oracle EPM, optimising automation and clarity in reporting and analysis
• Contribute to corporate and capital planning activities, including statutory and strategic commentary
• Coach and support team development across budgeting and forecasting functions

✅ Required Experience & Skills

• Proven background in financial planning & analysis or business partnering (5+ years)
• Mandatory: Demonstrated advanced proficiency in Oracle Enterprise Portfolio Management (EPM) – report building, forecasting and budgeting
• Strong analytical acumen with experience in profit & loss, expense management and performance commentary
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Tertiary qualifications in Finance or Accounting
• CPA or CA accreditation (essential)
