Job description: Grafton Banks Finance is seeking a fully qualified accountant for a Finance Business Partner role within a rapidly growing organisation with offices in Brighton. Reporting to the FP&A Manager, this person will provide business decision support through analysis work and support the evaluation of new opportunities for the business.The role will suit an inquisitive and ambitious fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA essential), with Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.This role gives the successful candidate the chance to partner with senior stakeholders to get under the skin of the organisation, providing insight to senior leadership, as well as having a spring board to other roles in the planning and analysis department longer term.

• Lead on the production of strategic and operational performance MI, including insightful commentary, including Board, linking performance data to profitability.
• Lead and co-ordinate performance meetings

The successful candidate will be fully qualified accountant (ACA
CIMA
