Job description: Finance Business PartnerWe are assisting a multinational FMCG company in their search for an Assistant Commercial Finance Manager/Finance Business Partner to join their team in Hong Kong.Responsibilities:

• Conduct impactful analyses and provide advice based on findings, focusing on customer and product portfolio performance.
• Oversee month-end closing, monthly forecasts, and working capital management.
• Develop reporting tools to enhance visibility and transparency using BI tools.
• Prepare and present analysis materials to management and stakeholders.
• Assist with audit and tax matters.
• Regularly review processes to improve operational efficiency and ensure compliance with corporate guidelines.
• Collaborate with peers and local commercial teams to share best practices and improve finance processes.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and facilitate daily finance and accounting operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, commercial finance, or business analysis.
• Mandatory SAP experience.
• Knowledge of IFRS, HK GAAP, and HK taxation guidelines.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Enthusiastic team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Hyperion.
