Job description: About the roleThis is a rewarding and hands-on opportunity for an experienced Finance Business Partner to play a pivotal role within this purpose-driven, people-first organisation. In this role, you’ll build strong relationships across the business to supporting leaders and village managers through clear financial reporting, analysis, and insights that help drive informed decision-making and sustainable growth.Duties & Responsibilities

• Take the lead in month-end and year-end reporting processes for the Group and its villages
• Deliver detailed financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, providing clear commentary and insights to key stakeholders
• Build trusted partnerships with village managers and internal leaders, learning the inner workings of the business to add real value
• Identify areas for improving operational and financial performance and support the implementation of best practice processes
• Support external audits, future ERP implementation, and continuous improvement projects
• Tackle relevant technical accounting requirements and mentor junior team members as needed
• Support Accounts Payable functions including reconciliations, invoice processing, and vendor management
• Contribute to a range of finance ad hoc tasks and projects as they arise

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven experience in a finance or management accounting role
• You are an analytical thinker and don’t just see things at ‘face value’
• Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to partner with a diverse range of stakeholders
• Commercial mindset with a solutions-focused approach to problem solving as well as a mindset of continuous improvement
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly and with context
• High level of attention to detail, organisation, and the ability to manage competing priorities
• Flexible, proactive, and resilient, with a commitment to continuous improvement
• CA/CPA qualified or working towards qualification (preferred)
