As a Finance Business Partner, you will support the business in reaching short and long-term financial targets by providing accurate insights through performance management, planning, and business cases to drive key decision-making.You will proactively coordinate with senior management on performance reviews, budget allocation, initiatives, and project management.Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver monthly reports on costs and performance to the management.
• Actively engage in and contribute to the continuous enhancement of the performance management process.
• Provide valuable insights and financial guidance on various initiatives and projects.
• Assist in driving the monthly forecasting process, yearly budget, and long-term financial plan to ensure accurate financial projections.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects, analyses, and create materials for decision-making and recommendations for the management team.
• Develop and improve analytical methods and business intelligence tools to enhance data transparency and deepen the understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs).

• You hold a relevant degree in economics, business administration, or a related field, preferably with five years of experience. It is an advantage if you have experience from a larger organization or consultancy focused on digitalization.
• You are analytical and professionally well-grounded, with the ability to comprehend and convey complex financial issues.
• You have a strong presence, are not afraid to ask critical questions, and possess excellent communication skills.
• You thrive while working independently and as a valuable collaborative partner. The role involves extensive interaction across multiple organizational levels and cultures, making your ability to collaborate and build relationships essential.
• You are proficient in the MS Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and fluent in both Danish and English, written and spoken.
