Job description: We are seeking a talented and experienced Finance Business Partner. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting the organization’s financial health and strategic decision-making. Your expertise will be highly valued as you collaborate with budget holders, stakeholders, and your finance colleagues.About the RoleAs a Finance Business Partner, you will be a trusted advisor to budget managers, stakeholders, and their teams. You will provide expert financial guidance and management accounting services, working collaboratively to ensure the effective allocation and utilization of resources.Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with budget holders to provide insightful financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
• Train and guide budget managers in interpreting financial information and navigating financial processes.
• Collaborate with the Finance team to develop and maintain financial reports, budgets, and forecasting models.
• Provide strategic financial analysis and advice to support informed decision-making at all levels.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and accounting standards.

Your Profile:

• CA qualified or equivalent professional accounting designation.
• Minimum five years of experience in a finance business partnering or management accounting role.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
