The CFO and Finance Leadership team now have a re-energized collective focus and have assessed the current state of the group to determine their initial priorities, of which these roles are key to delivering.Finance Business Partners are an internal finance consultant aligned to the New Zealand Police business portfolios. The position reports to the Senior Finance Business Partner and is responsible for the provision of trusted, insightful, and comprehensive financial advice and support to the assigned portfolios leadership team.In this role, your advice will go beyond the numbers; you will be informing and influencing to ensure sound financial decision making within a fast-paced, diverse, and challenging environment. This role will require high levels of flexibility, resilience, emotional intelligence, and an ability to work with a range of senior Police stakeholders. Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to translate data into insights for our customers in a meaningful way are essential requirements.Key Accountabilities:
