Join PTSG as our Expense & Credit Card Controller and become part of a collaborative Finance Shared Services team!About the RoleAs the Expense & Credit Card Controller, you’ll be at the heart of our finance operations, ensuring all employee expense claims and corporate card spend are processed efficiently and accurately. This role is crucial in maintaining compliance with company policy and supporting the wider Accounts Payable function.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and verify expense claims for correct coding, approval, and VAT receiptsCommunicate with employees and managers to resolve disputes or policy issuesEnsure timely and accurate responses to employee queriesSupport Accounts Payable with tasks including:Raising purchase ordersAllocating direct debitsReconciling supplier statementsKeying invoicesPreparing payment runsUploading payment files to the bankHandling supplier email and phone queriesManage and control the submission of credit card claimsEnsure claims are correctly coded, approved, and supported with receiptsReconcile and chase missing claimsPost credit card payments and allocate to claimsLiaise with Group Treasurer to suspend cards where necessaryYou’ll bring:Proven experience in accounts administration or purchase ledger rolesProficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting software (Sage experience desirableExcellent communication skills – written and verbalOutstanding attention to detail and accuracyThe ability to manage your time and prioritise tasks to meet deadlinesA hands-on, can-do attitude with a professional approachBenefits

The role sits within our Finance Shared Services department in Castleford, reporting to the Accounts Payable & Cash Manager.
