Job description: Key Responsibilities: * Taxation and Compliance Support:

• Assist in preparing and submitting VAT and sales tax registration applications in various countries.
• Support in filing VAT and sales tax returns and ensuring compliance with international tax regulations.
• Financial Reporting:

• Assist in preparing financial reports and reconciling accounts.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting in line with international standards.
• Research and Analysis:

• Conduct research on financial regulations, tax laws, and global compliance requirements.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Operational and Administrative Support:

• Maintain accurate records of financial and compliance activities.
• Provide administrative support for finance-related projects and tasks.
• Communication and Coordination:

• Liaise with external consultants, auditors, and tax authorities to resolve queries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support financial operations and compliance.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background:

• Completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Technical Skills:

• Understanding of finance principles, tax compliance, and reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Familiarity with accounting or compliance software is a plus. (Quickbooks)
• Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Additional Qualifications:

• Interest in global finance, compliance, and operational support.
• Previous experience or coursework in finance or tax compliance is a bonus.
