Pay Rate: Starting from $24 per hour
Location: Dieppe, NB
Location Type: Hybrid; 2 days onsite, Thurs is the anchor
Business Hours: Monday to Friday; Core Business Hours, potential weekends on quarter endJob Responsibilities:
The Daily Rec Team Other team is responsible for being the bank’s reconciliation center of excellence when it comes to reconciling non-standard internal accounts, suspense general leger accounts, and items in transit accounts. The team is responsible for ensuring that what is reported in bank’s financial balance sheet statement is correct for various lines of business.Experience & Qualification Requirements:

• Basic accounting skills (understanding of how debits and credits work)
• Account reconciliation
• Excel
• Accounting or Bank Software systems
• Experience with RSP and/or RIF Systems
• Back Office operational experience in processing customer transactions such as payments
• Credit balance refunds and fee refunds
• Communication
• Critical & Analytical Thinking
• Detail oriented
• Problem solving skills
• Undergraduate degree such as finance, accounting, economics, statistics, business administration or commerce
• Basic accounting skills
• Account reconciliation/ transactions postings
• Strong excel
• Very strong communication skills- interaction w/ business partners
