The successful individual will support the Customer Service Head of Finance in all aspects of the Finance function, as may be required. Collectively, the Finance team act as a business partner to other department stakeholders in driving finance and commercial aspects of business development opportunities and operational execution.Your tasks and responsibilities:As Finance Analyst you will be responsible for below:Commercial Operations

  • Creation of Contract & Spare Part Ad hoc Billing & Monitoring of Billing Process to ensure that Invoices are raised in a timely & accurate manner upon job completion to manage unbilled costs.
  • Booking of New Contracts, Contract Renewals & Ext Warranty Contracts in SAP.
  • Monitoring of monthly cost development in running Contracts, to actively drive the achievement of CS Profitability targets and provide feedback to CS Business Support to better shape our commercial offers in line with actual cost development.
  • Liaising with customers and other internal stakeholders to resolve contract or payment related disputes in a timely manner to enable timely cash collection.
  • Review of Commercial Terms & Conditions in Contract offerings & Adhoc Spare Part & Service offers to be sent out to Customers.

Period End Closing and Financial Reporting

  • Accurate and timely reporting of monthly/quarterly/annual financial results to Zone CS Management/Country CS HOF/Country CS Head.
  • Maintain clean books and records in accordance IFRS and Local Accounting Guidelines.
  • Raise Month End & other Contract related JV’s as required.
  • Liaise with Auditors during Statutory Audits.

Business Performance Controlling

  • Support the full Budgeting / Forecasting process for Orders, Revenue, Gross Profit and FTE.
  • Perform variance analysis to find out the root causes for positive or negative deviations in KPI’s to provide meaningful commentary to Zone Management/CS HOF/CS Head in the Country.
  • Preparation of various Monthly Reports covering HQ Fees, Intra Group Invoicing, Foreign Remittances etc.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify continuous opportunities to digitalize processes and create reporting tools that aid the creation and maintenance of management information dashboards for both monitoring and decision making.
  • Continuous Efforts to reduce costs and improve productivity.

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar Finance Operational role with exposure to internal Management and Customers in negotiation settings.
  • Confident in supporting change management activities and continuous improvement projects
  • Experience in the field of maintenance services within the Healthcare industry, particularly Medical Technology or Digital Health Solutions preferable but not essential
  • Knowledge of working in SAP environment (FI/CO/SD/PS Modules).
  • A degree and consistent outstanding academic record
