We are currently seeking to employ 2 Finance Administrators – Accounts Payable in our Head Office team based in Mt Wellington, Auckland.About the RoleCome join our amazing Head Office team and be a part of the pioneers in energy transition.
- In this role, you will be managing day to day Accounts responsibilities:
- Invoice Processing: Accurately review, code, and process invoices while ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Vendor Management: Maintain relationships with suppliers, handle inquiries, and resolve discrepancies to foster strong partnerships.
- Payment Preparation: Schedule and prepare payments, ensuring all transactions comply with our financial controls and deadlines.
- Reconciliation: Reconciliation of supplier statements , balancing AP sub-ledger with general ledger.
- Policy Adherence: Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, supporting audits as needed.
- Audits: Perform internal branch audits
- Other : Provide assistance and support to the wider finance team as required.
