Job ResponsibilitiesFacilities Management
- Support FM team with contractual administration
- Coordinate with CBRE IFM teams to ensure service delivery aligns with scope of works and performance metrics.
- Manage consumables inventory and support event/meeting room setups.
- Maintain Work Order system and coordinate technical issue resolution.
Finance & Reporting
- Prepare and post journal entries; ensure accurate recording of expenses, receipts, and distributions.
- Generate and review financial reports and client billing (quotations, POs, invoices).
- Liaise with CBRE and Client Finance teams to resolve billing issues.
- Consolidate and analyze financial data for reporting and scenario planning.
- Support monthly and quarterly financial reporting cycles.
- Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and support audit processes.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Higher diploma and above in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or other relevant disciplines
- Minimum of 3 years relevant working experience in Finance/Office Administration within Facilities Management / Property Management or related industries.
- Experience in a multinational company or financial institution is highly desirable.
- Experience in billing, invoicing, and purchase order processing is preferred.
- Capable of working in a matrix and fast-moving environment and work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel (e.g. VLOOKUP, Pivot Table) & PowerPoint
- Excellence command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
