We have a global presence, with a diverse team of experts dedicated to delivering innovative cloud strategies and solutions.Job ObjectiveAs a Finance & Accounting Associate, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing Cloudelligent’s financial performance. You will oversee a variety of accounting operations, from transaction processing to financial analysis, while ensuring compliance with financial regulations and best practices. Your insights will help drive informed decision-making and streamline financial processes across the company.ResponsibilitiesLead and assist in core accounting functions, including billing, payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, cost accounting, inventory management, and revenue recognition.Analyze and compile financial data to support audits, reviews, and tax preparations, ensuring accurate reporting in line with regulations.Prepare and maintain financial reports and spreadsheets, ensuring they are timely, complete, and reflective of the latest available data.Post transactions, adjust account balances, and ensure accurate recording of financial activities.Provide clear, data-driven insights by responding to financial inquiries and summarizing, interpreting, and presenting financial data.Document and refine business processes and accounting policies to strengthen internal controls and drive operational efficiency.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or Economics (Master’s degree in Finance and/or MBA preferred).2+ years of hands-on experience in accounting or finance roles.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; strong analytical and numerical skills.Excellent communication skills with fluency in English, both written and verbal.Strong problem-solving abilities, with a self-driven and proactive approach to work.Ability to work independently or as part of a team, managing multiple tasks with minimal supervision.Good to HaveCertifications such as CPA, CFA, CMA, or ACCA.Experience with tools like QuickBooks and Gusto.Experience in financial modeling, forecasting, or advanced data analytics.Understanding of regulatory compliance and financial reporting standards in a global environment.Experience with cloud technologies and an understanding of the impact of cloud financial models.Powered by JazzHR
