Job description: For our client, a global leader in off-highway tires, we are looking for a Field Service Engineer with regional responsibility to join their European team. You’ll support their agricultural and/or off-the-road (OTR) tire segments by evaluating product performance, handling customer issues, and providing technical support both on-site and remotely. Position is home office based with frequent regional travels.Responsibilities:– Visit customers to evaluate how their tires perform in real-world conditions- Investigate product claims and gather data for performance analysis- Support sales teams and customers with technical advice- Run training sessions and customer satisfaction surveys- Work independently with guidance from the Field Services ManagerRequirements:– Background in agricultural, heavy machinery or OTR tires or related vehicles – necessary- Hands-on mechanical skills and engineering experience (3+ years)- BS degree in engineering, technology, or a science field- Strong communication and data analysis skills- Fluent in Czech/Slovak, good English (other European languages are a plus)- Willingness to travel across Europe about 50% of the work timeBenefits:– A dynamic, growing company with international exposure- Opportunities for learning and career development- Regular travel and connection with the European HQ- A competitive compensation package
