Job description: This fantastic Field Marketing Manager, EMEA position for my client, owns and drives regional marketing programs to generate demand in the EMEA region. By extending global programs into the region, this individual will be working directly with marketing and the EMEA sales teams to find, execute, manage and track both online and offline demand gen tactics such as content syndication, digital advertising, sponsored webinars, account-based marketing, company roadshows and trade show presence.Execution of these programs will involve working in Marketo and Salesforce, tracking lead qualification processes and progression of the leads through the revenue funnel. Success for this individual is achieving EMEA pipeline targets.Successful candidates will be driven with a proactive attitude to source new marketing strategies to execute for the region. They will possess intimate knowledge of successful regional marketing strategies and how to execute to support the regional sales team.Responsibilities

  • Research and execute regional integrated campaigns to address local market needs and requirements, leveraging global campaign assets and messaging to support various tactics such as content syndication and sponsored webinars/online summits, with a goal to create net new, high quality leads.
  • Execute EMEA based digital programs within Marketo and Salesforce, partnering with marketing operations and global campaigns.
  • Manage execution of events (seminars, trade shows, roadshows, speaking opportunities, meetup groups) to ensure a quality presence for my client to successfully source qualified leads.
  • Partner with EMEA sales to extend the reach of marketing activities to key prospects and customers. Work with sales to recruit event attendees, identify and help produce local customer stories and drive consistent messages and high-value assets to prospect/customer accounts.
  • Communicate marketing’s contribution at regional sales QBRs and other relevant management meetings as the key liaison of marketing with the EMEA sales team.
  • Enable lead follow up activities with Business Development to maximize productivity for qualification efforts by phone and email through their use of SalesLoft. Work hands on with the BDRs to ensure consistent processes are followed and collaborate on ongoing process improvements and effectiveness.
  • Measure campaign effectiveness by evaluating quality of leads generated and attribution of campaigns to pipeline and revenue.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing with a background in field/regional marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with B2B marketing and sales automation systems like Marketo, Eloqua, Looker, Pardot and Salesforce.
  • Demonstrated success driving pipeline and bookings through demand programs, both online and offline.
  • Results-driven individual with analytical skills in quantitative data analysis of program effectiveness, forecasting, and ROI – translating pipeline goals into a plan for what is needed to achieve the goal.
  • Strong team player with an ability to develop effective working relationships across a distributed organization as well as externally with an ability to inspire and move a cross-functional team in a unified direction and with a unified vision. Must be an approachable and relatable person who will organically earn the trust of the Chief Marketing Officer, key stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Ability to travel within the EMEA region to support field events as needed.
  • Undergraduate degree in marketing or business, economics, or a related field.
