Job description: The position will be based in District Killa Saifullah to supervise the construction of BCRE satellite center at District Killa Saifullah or any other project, ensuring adherence to design, quality, ensure safety standards, monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure timely project completion within budgetJOB RESPONSIBILITIESTo ensure proper execution of the construction on sites as per the approved design parameters, technical specifications and drawingsGive concrete suggestions for improvement as per site conditionOversee daily site operations, including supervision of subcontractors, laborers, and equipment usageInspect materials and workmanship to ensure quality standards are met, while implementing quality assurance procedures and testing protocolsMonitor and give guidance on site using the standard Specifications for civil, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical works based on the best practices so as to ensure the highest standards of quality in design and construction.Regularly undertake filed visit of construction sites, supervise the construction activities and provide concrete suggestions for improvementReview the financial installments ca of sub project and work done, also responsible to recommend releasing the fund of subprojects.Ensure tasks are completed on time by coordinating with the coordinator Technical and HOD-PITD to track progress and resolve delaysPrepare the Monthly and Quarterly reports of construction sites in the district regarding its financial and physical progress. (MPR’s and QPR’s).Enforce site safety protocols and risk assessments while ensuring compliance with legal regulations and workplace safety standards.Maintain records of site activities, material usage, labor, and inspections, while preparing daily/weekly/monthly reports and submitting updates to higher managementPrepare the work done of construction activities on site.Work Under the overall supervision of the Coordinator Technical and HoD-PITD.TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREDUnderstanding of construction processes: In-depth knowledge of building methods, materials, and construction techniques.Site Supervision: Ability to supervise the constriction work at site in accordance with the approved drawings, designs and specificationsTesting and verification: Proficiency in implementing testing protocols (e.g., concrete mix tests, soil compaction tests).Site surveying and Layout techniques: Ability to conduct and understand land surveys, use leveling instruments, and carry layout of construction sitesTechnical reporting: Ability to prepare clear and concise daily/weekly/ Monthly progress reports.Communication Skills: Effective communication to understand design requirements and provide progress updatesQUALIFICATIONFormal Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Registered with PEC)ORDiploma of Associate Engineer CIVIL (DAE CIVIL).EXPERIENCEMinimum of 4 years work experience in similar nature role with Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Registered with PEC).ORMinimum of 8 years work experience in similar nature role with Diploma of Associate Engineer CIVIL (DAE CIVIL).Note: Non Profit Organization give equal opportunity for both Male and Female to apply
