The executive will be responsible for overseeing property transactions, managing client relationships, and driving business growth in the competitive Dubai real estate market.Responsibilities: * Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.

• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the real estate sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
• Oversee property listings, marketing campaigns, and open house events.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients to ensure favorable terms.
• Provide expert advice to clients on property investments and market conditions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and attract potential buyers.
• Monitor and analyze competitors’ activities and market positioning.
• Ensure compliance with local real estate regulations and ethical standards.
• Mentor and train junior staff to foster a collaborative and productive team environment.

Preferred Candidate: * Proven experience in real estate sales or management.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
