Job description: Job Description:We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented FBA Inventory Executive to manage and optimize our Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) inventory operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in inventory reconciliation and managing Seller Central, ensuring the smooth and accurate management of stock levels to avoid any disruptions in product availability. If you possess strong analytical skills, are an advanced Excel user, and have experience in Amazon Seller Central, we would love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee inventory levels for FBA across all marketplaces.
• Perform regular inventory reconciliation to ensure accuracy in Amazon Seller Central.
• Analyze inventory requirements based on sales trends and marketplace demand.
• Collaborate with the supply chain and finance teams to manage restock and replenishment schedules.
• Utilize advanced Excel to create and maintain detailed reports related to inventory levels, discrepancies.
• Assist in resolving discrepancies in FBA shipments, inventory reports, and stock levels.
• Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing inventory storage and reducing fees.
• Monitor inventory health, including stranded inventory, aged inventory, and excess stock.
• Coordinate with other team members and departments to ensure smooth FBA operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Amazon Seller Central handling, including inventory reconciliation.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Creative thinker, capable of identifying process improvements.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
• Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong communication and organizational skills
