Job description: Our client is newly established manufacturing company in Malaysia. They are doing high machining plastics. They currently hiring Factory Manager/ Production Manager to support the factory set up. They are looking for experienced leaders to help build the factory operations from the ground up.Location to work: Sepang, SelangorJob Responsibilities: –Oversee daily factory operations including production planning, quality control, safety and equipment maintenanceLead and manage the production team to ensure smooth and efficient workflowEnsure production output meets company standards in terms quality, cost and delivery timelinesCollaborate with engineering, logistics, procurement and HQ team in China to support new product introduction and process improvementsMonitor production KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiative (e.g: lean manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen)Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policiesCoordinate with Shanghai factory on product transfer, equipment and technical mattersSupport recruitment, training and development of the factory staffPrepare reports for upper management and support strategic planning for factory growthJob Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering industrial engineering or related fieldMinimum 10 years of working experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 5 years in a managerial positionStrong leadership and team management skillsExperience in plastic parts machining, welding parts or equipment assembly is a strong advantageKnowledge in production planning, quality systems (ISO) and safety standardsAbility to communicate effectively in Mandarin and English (Japanese is an added advantage)Willing to work in Serenia Industrial Park, Sepang#LI-JACMY
