Job description: Would you be interested to plan, organize and support the facility function with, maintenance and facility setup with aim at achieving the excellence of company facility maintain in a way of cost-effective and environmental-safe?Grundfos Sales Czechia and Slovakia s.r.o. (Olomouc) is now actively searching for a new colleague – motivated and result-oriented Facility Specialist who will be in charge of the organization of services provided by external suppliers as building maintenance, energy supply, waste management, cleaning, canteen, security and services of work facilities, to ensure that they meet the needs of Grundfos and its employees as well as being responsible for EHS incl. communication with mother company in Denmark.You will report to the Country Director Czech Republic, Global Car Fleet Manager, Regional HS Supervisor, Group Security Manager, Group Facility Manager.Your main responsibilities:

  • Support and develop plans, processes and activities within the functional area in Facility, EHS, Fleet Management and Volunteering
  • Work across functions and provide technical guidance to peers: collaboration with Lead Financial Controller, Service Manager, Country Director Slovakia and Czechia, Senior HR Consultant and Senior Secretary
  • Apply understanding of the relevant systems, local laws and regulations where applicable, for Facility in Bratislava, Slovakia
  • Present and communicate of information to all employees in the area of Facility Management, EHS, Car Fleet Management and Community Engagement innovation
  • Suggest improvements in sustainability, energy saving methods, water reuse, carbon footprint reduction and waste management
  • Responsible for the maintenance budget proposal – setup preventative maintenance systems for facilities including professional maintenance by facility staff and contracted maintenance and prepare the plan/schedule of PM & repair and oversee maintenance activities to ensure effective and qualified results
  • Responsible for the design and implementation of the investment budget in accordance with the Grundfos strategy
  • Coordinate and negotiate of contracts and service providers in the fields of electricity, heat, water, maintenance, security, cleaning, gardening, catering and various technologies
  • Have active cooperation on the same topics with the company branch in Bratislava, Slovakia and negotiation renting contract in co-working center in Prague

Your background

  • Secondary education with a school-leaving examination (no University degree needed)
  • Constructive and effective communication skills with people of all levels
  • Show a good teamwork attitude
  • Approach new situations with creativity
  • You can speak and write Czech or Slovak fluently and English basic communication in writing and speaking (mainly on-line)
  • Some experience supporting key business initiatives;
