Job description: Job Category: SECURITYJob Description:Job PurposeThe Weatherford Pakistan Facilities Security Supervisor (Islamabad based – countrywide commitment) is the subject-matter-expert for the physical and technical security of Weatherford Pakistan’s facilities. This role ensures all facilities maintain the highest physical security standards in line with the Global Security Organizational Standard. The Weatherford Pakistan Facilities Security Supervisor is responsible for overseeing implementation of technical and physical security improvements that enhance facility security. They complete security risk assessments aligned with WFRD security best practices to ensure that physical and technical security vulnerabilities are addressed to achieve the best protection for the company. The WFRD Pakistan Facilities Security Supervisor supports and reports directly to the Area Security Manager, Pakistan, in ensuring that the Security Department’s plan and vertical objectives are met with flawless execution.Responsibilities

• Ensure Base Operations Rooms are manned and maintained 24/7 with Standard Operating Procedures implemented.
• Ensure effective Access Control, Visitor Management and Load Out Manifest.
• Ensure Third Party Security Provider (3PSP) guards’ oversight.
• Collate Personnel on Board (POB) along with site coordinates. Maintain updated record of access control cards issued to all WFRD employees /visitors.
• Competency with security systems, including CCTV, Access Control, and alarms.
• Inspection of perimeter, entry doors and windows to ensure safety of material.
• Submission of relevant security reports to the Area Security Manager.
• Maintain entry and exit records for both employees and outsiders.
• Managing access records for the explosives bunker.
• Oversight of visitor management system.
• Assist employees and visitors at times of emergencies.
• Promote company guidelines.
• Ensure that nobody enters the premises without proper security scanning.
• Do not allow outsiders to enter without approval from concerned department.
• Restrict confidential places.
• Ensure that all the security alarm systems are working properly.
• Coordinate with local authorities in case of security breach to facilitate investigation.
• Ensure all guards are in possession of valid licensed weapons and proficient in weapon handling.
• Coordination with our 3PSP over deployment of assets and use of additional guards.
• Training sessions to security staff. (Toolbox Talks)
• Processing of 3PSP invoices.
• Issuing of Weatherford RFID employees’ cards.

Skills

• Strong strategic, tactical, and analytical thinking and a major breadth and depth of experience in Security.
• Presence, confidence, and gravitas in front of peers.
• Physical ability and willingness to respond to emergency situations.
• Fluency in Urdu and English language. (Written & verbal)
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills and the ability to communicate with large groups of people.

Qualification

• Oil and Gas, energy sector experience is favorable.
• Previous experience in security roles at leadership levels and the military as an officer.
• Basic document construction and industry auditing standards.
• Intermediate skills at using Microsoft Office suite.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Security Risk Management.
• University education or track record in leadership positions as Security Manager for 5-10 years.
• Formal qualification in security and/or risk management.
